Our intimate Naples co-op blends traditional Waldorf wisdom with the abundant gifts of our Gulf paradise – from mangrove explorations to beach nature studies, from hurricane season resilience to year-round outdoor learning.
About Our Co-op
Our coastal Waldorf program combines the beauty of Waldorf-inspired education with Southwest Florida’s stunning natural environment. Children ages 5-10 experience rich storytelling, hands-on crafts, and extensive outdoor exploration while developing deep connections to their coastal home and building strong academic foundations.
In our 2.5-acre tropical setting, students engage in watercolor painting, nature journaling, finger knitting, and seasonal crafts using natural materials. Daily activities include morning circle time with coastal songs, main lesson blocks featuring folklore and nature studies, handwork projects, and garden tending. Children explore mathematical concepts through shell patterns, develop language skills through storytelling, and build scientific understanding through habitat discovery walks.
Our mixed-age learning community encourages peer mentoring and collaborative discovery. Students develop both academic skills and emotional intelligence through rhythm and routine, artistic expression, and meaningful connection to the natural world around them.

Program Format
- Family Co-Op Model: Parents participate alongside children, sharing responsibilities and creating community
- Small Group Learning: Maximum 8-10 children for personalized attention
- Outdoor Focus: Extensive use of our tropical gardens and coastal-inspired spaces
- Seasonal Blocks: Curriculum follows natural rhythms and coastal themes
Schedule:
Days: Tuesday & Thursday
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Duration: 12-week semesters
Ages: Mixed-age learning (4-10 years optimal)
Monthly Tuition: $350 per child
Family Co-Op participation model
Registration Fee: $75 per family (one time annual)
Materials Fee: $125 per child per semester
Includes all art supplies, nature journals, craft materials & snacks
Total Semester Investment:
3 months x $350 = $1,050 per child
Registration: $75 per family
Materials: $125 per child
Full semester: $1,175 per child
Semesters: Fall (Sept-Nov), Winter (Jan-Mar), Spring (Apr-June)
